Shengkunda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. is established in Jinan, Shandong, Chian and has dedicated over 15 years to the heavy-duty TRUCK PARTS sector. Strategically located in China's premier industrial hub, we leverage convenient logistics networks and a robust local supply chain to serve global clients efficiently.
Our vertically integrated operations center on a 10,000 m² manufacturing and warehousing campus, staffed by 120+ employees including 35+ engineering and quality control specialists. With an annual production capacity exceeding 500,000 units, we maintain consistent inventory levels across our core product categories: filters, brake pads, belt tensioners, exhaust systems, ENGINE PARTS and etc.
Our quality framework is certified to ISO/TS 16949, with every production batch subject to in-house performance testing and dimensional verification. We invite customers to audit our facilities physical tours in Jinan or virtual walkthroughs can be arranged upon request.
Our Factory
Manufacturing Base
Our Jinan production facility occupies 12,000 m² of integrated workshop and warehouse space. The factory floor houses 8 automated assembly lines and 45+ CNC machining centers, enabling simultaneous processing of truck powertrain components and construction machinery structural parts. Annual raw material throughput exceeds 2,500 tons, supporting batch production with typical lead times of 15–25 days for standard orders.
Smart Warehousing
The 10,000 m² intelligent warehouse operates on a WMS (Warehouse Management System) with barcode tracking and zone-based inventory classification. This handles everything from small precision parts (filters, sensors) to bulky assemblies (axle housings, loader booms) with 99.3% inventory accuracy. Real-time stock visibility ensures that 85% of standard SKUs ship within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Custom Manufacturing (OEM/ODM)Our 12-person R&D team specializes in custom solutions based on customer drawings, samples, or technical specifications. The workflow follows a structured process:
1. Requirement review: material selection, tolerance definition, and performance targets
2. Prototyping: first article inspection with full dimensional reporting
3. Customer approval: sample sign-off prior to mass production
4. Serial production: with in-process inspection at every critical stage
This capability covers custom brackets, hydraulic fittings, engine mounts, and chassis reinforcements that are all produced under the same ISO/TS 16949 quality gateways as our standard line.
